Flavia is the resident manager.
Flavia has completed an accredited Medical Assistant program
at Bryman College.
She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant with Dementia and Mental Health
specialized training.

She will use her medical
expertise to assure excellent healthcare for the residents.
Flavia will corroborate with the families and
staff to create a calm and peaceful environment in the adult family home.
Her responsibilities also include compliance
with WA State regulations, daily business operations and communication with
health care providers (e.g. doctor's appointments, pharmacy orders, etc.).
Flavia lives in the adult family home.

Irina is the provider.
She is a professional in the
medical field; she worked as a Biomedical Technician at Medtronic.
Irina will bring to her job her patience,
dedication and passion in helping those in need.
She is a Certified Nursing Assistant with
Dementia and Mental Health specialized training. Irina will work with
residents, the residents' family, and health care professionals to provide
counseling and individualized personal care.
Irina lives in the home, and is available for
her residents 24 hours a day.
